One of my favorite people in our class. I knew her since seventh grade, when my family moved to Lafayette. She had a sunny disposition and great personality, along with a great sense of humor. I'm sad for you and your friends (and the rest of us who knew and liked her so much) at her passing.

I am so sad for your loss. She was a friend and a High School sorority sister in Fans. I have known her since the seventh grade. Everyone liked Sharon. She was kind, funny, and a good friend to all. I am sad for your loss. My condolences go out to you and your family and all her friends. I know her health has compromised her for years but she was always a trooper trying to get healthy. Getting old is not for sissies. Many of us struggle with health issues. I am so glad you have been there with her for the last seventeen years. Howard, you were the best thing for her. I am happy she was loved so well. Hugs to your heart and love to her friends and family.

I'm so sorry, Howie...  I always felt you two were so lucky to have gotten together after so many years.  It was wonderful that you had the time together.

I am so sorry hear of Sharon's passing.  Sharon and I had several classes together and I remember her smile and her kindness.  I especially remember the fun we all had several years ago when we had dinner together.  Sometimes it seems like yesterday.  We have lived within a few miles of each other since you and Sharon were married, talked of getting together but then....time passes.

My condolences to you and your family.
